§1.1 Who this applies to
This policy applies to all visitors to precix.io and all users of PreciX products and services, including the PreciX clinician application and any associated APIs.
§1.2 What data we process
We process contact information provided during registration or enquiry, usage data from the clinician application, and technical data such as IP addresses and browser identifiers. We do not process patient identifiable data on our public infrastructure.
§1.3 Our legal basis
Processing is conducted under legitimate interests (website operation), contract performance (product delivery), and legal obligation (regulatory compliance). Where consent is required, we obtain it explicitly before processing.
§2 How we use your data
§2.1 Product delivery
Contact and account data is used to deliver the PreciX clinician application and associated services.
§2.2 Communications
With your consent, we may send product updates and clinical bulletins. You may opt out at any time via the unsubscribe link in any communication.
§3 Data & privacy
§3.1 Data residency
All data processed by PreciX is stored in Singapore-hosted infrastructure certified to ISO 27001. No data is transferred outside of Singapore or the EU without explicit contractual protection.
§3.2 Retention
Account data is retained for the duration of the relationship plus 7 years. Usage logs are retained for 90 days. You may request deletion at any time.
§3.3 Your rights
Under the PDPA (Singapore) and applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data. Requests should be directed to contact@precix.io.
